Last weekend, I went to the 7107 International Music Festival in Clark, Pampanga with my cousins and brother. We stayed at Holiday Inn Clark c/o of my mum's sister, thanks Tita Bridgette! We left early in the morning, and arrived at Clark around noon, just in time for check-in at our villa.
The festival was held in Global Gateway Logistics City in Clark. I didn't really like the place since it was too spacious, and there were so much holes on the ground lol We went there around 3 in the afternoon since my cousin wanted to catch The Asteroids Galaxy Tour. I'm not really a fan of this psychedelic pop band from Denmark but the vocalist was so cute! Look at her outfit, she looks like she was going to an 80's aerobics class hihi

After, I went back to the main stage since Reid Stefan and DJ Alvaro were next. To be honest, Reid Stefan's set wasn't really my cup of tea, but considering that he's quite new in the EDM scene, I'm sure he'll get even better. After all, he's just around my age (24 years old) so maybe he's going to be the next Zedd? Let's just wait and see what this kid has to offer. On the other hand, I had so much fun during DJ Alvaro's set. He even played "Get Up (Rattle)," a tribute to Bingo Players', Paul Baumer. So awesome.
Everyone wanted to touch that ball that was going around the crowd! (Not me though! lol) Ending the first day of the festival was none other than one of the best DJs in the world, Ryan Raddon A.K.A Kaskade!!! My favorites include "Angel on My Shoulder", "No One Knows Who We Are", "It's You, It's Me" and "Atmosphere," as well as his "Eyes Reloaded" mashup, just to name a few.
The first day was just Ok for me since all I wanted to hear were DJ Alvaro and Kaskade anyway. Kid Ink was good too even if I wasn't really familiar with him. Hope they had a better lineup in the first day since it was quite evident that not a lot of people came that Saturday. Nevertheless, Kaskade really brought the house down! Here's a video of his "Young & Beautiful" remix. So good!
Cheers,
Michelle
